What makes us different?

We are differentiated by our approach as well as our solution. We are experts at strategy, tactics, negotiation and detail management. It’s because of our steadfast determination to exceed any and all of our clients’ expectations that allows us to garner the majority of our business via referrals.  And, because we work this way, it means that we are able to invest the vast majority of our time delivering world-class service to our clients. As a direct result of that, our valued clients, business associates and friends readily refer their family members, co-workers, neighbors and other people they know TO US for advice on ANY aspect of real estate. We’ve built a strong business based upon valued, lasting, lifelong relationships, one person at a time.

We are YOUR Consultants.

As such, we will ask you profound insightful questions. Undoubtedly, you will notice they are not the type of questions that the typical agent might ever take the risk of asking you. As skilled consultants, we will ask you probing, intelligent questions focused on provoking your thoughts and clarifying your answers.

It’s important that we lead you through the process of clarifying your values; because when your values are clear, your decisions are easy. You might also notice part of consulting is listening vigilantly to your answers. What you may not know is that only when you have confirmed that we have heard you, THEN & ONLY THEN, will we craft a very specific, strategic process to make sure you get the best home or the best price for your home.

Also, as your consultants, we will appropriately define the problems we encounter during our transaction; because, you need to differentiate essential objectives from less relevant concerns. Experience shows us how to anticipate likely obstacles to achieving your objectives and then identify sensible means to circumvent them. Imagine how good you’ll feel knowing your consultant is recognizing and balancing the different needs of all the relevant people impacted by the decisions you make.

We are YOUR Negotiators.

Wolverines are widely renowned as incredibly ferocious animals, despite their small stature. The largest of these animals will tip the scales at no more than 42 pounds and be approximately 3 feet in length. Because of this, most people are quite surprised to learn that wolverines typically prey upon caribou, reindeer and even moose (of which can grow to be over 9 feet in length and upwards of 1,400 pounds). Even more surprising, bears and mountain lions give this animal a very wide berth and avoid it at all costs. Wolverines are quite a force to be reckoned with.

Now, just imagine channeling that intense courage and ability and putting it to work for YOU in terms of negotiating power. Keystone Consulting, Inc. is an organization comprised of ferocious negotiators, completely undaunted by the size of our competition. When you become a client, we treat your money like it’s our own. And, when the time comes to either save you or make you money, we are wolverines. Because we are phenomenal negotiators, we recognize the likely underlying agendas and motivations of individuals that are involved in your transaction. We appropriately articulate the essential flaws in the arguments of others, and reiterate the strengths of our positions. We also will recognize when it’s appropriate to resist the objection of others and remain committed to our sound course of action.

We Oversee All Of The Transactional Details.

Every transaction has 100 to 150 phone calls alone, and each one of them is loaded with critical details. As you can imagine, every ‘I’ must be dotted and every ‘T’ must be crossed. And, because there are 100 pieces of paper requiring upward to 43 signatures and initials, making a mistake can be very costly to you. Many individuals aren’t aware that there are 43 different people from 14 different industries that get involved during the 14 stages of your transaction.

Imagine that selling or buying is like flying an airplane across the country. Our role is to be your pilot and yours is to be our passenger. We may or may not run into turbulence. During a flight, the pilot does everything in their power to ensure you have the smoothest ride possible. Granted, there are times when they must ask you to take your seat and hold on because you’re going to feel some significant turbulence in the near future. Regardless of that, the pilot still gets you to your final destination UNSCATHED.

One of our greatest skills is to see things from multiple perspectives so we can identify likely, probable effects of our decisions. We recognize the conclusions that can and cannot be drawn from a particular exchange and we will also appropriately consider the likely, unintended consequences that may result from taking a particular course of action.

Our Client-First Philosophy.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being excellent, professional real estate Consultants – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.

That said, in our experiences as professional real estate Consultants, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being excellent listeners as well as phenomenal communicators, and responding quickly to YOUR needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

So, when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home or you know someone who needs advice on any aspect of real estate anywhere in North America, please contact us, we would be honored to help.

Best Regards,
